1993 | Albert Bichot | Nuits St Georges Chateau Gris
Red Wine: 1993 | Albert Bichot | Nuits St Georges Chateau Gris
The wine features ethereal aromas of black fruit complemented by gentle floral notes. On the palate, there is good density and length with some tannins still biting on the mid-palate. A real gem.

Producer Information
Domaines Albert Bichot is a leading family-owned and run négociant house and estate owner in Burgundy, formed in 1831 and now based in the town of Beaune. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties are unsurprisingly the main focus; the company also produces red wines from the Gamay grape in Beaujolais to the south. Albert Bichot, which is currently run by Albéric Bichot (who took over in 1996 and represents the sixth generation to run the wine company), owns more than 100 hectares (250 acres) of sustainably farmed vineyards divided among six estates. The majority of the Côte d’Or vineyard holdings are run organically.
